Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother ### and his son ###. Lord, we acknowledge that ### is facing many challenges with his health, specifically epilepsy, which has caused him to feel depressed and turn to alcohol for comfort. We humbly ask for your divine intervention and healing touch upon ###'s life.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We pray that you would draw near to ### in his time of need, comforting him and bringing him peace. Lord, we ask that you would heal his body from the effects of epilepsy, restoring him to full health and vitality.
We also pray for a breakthrough in ###'s circumstances. Father, we know that you are able to provide for all our needs according to your riches in glory. We ask that you would open doors of opportunity for ###, granting him the ability to work and support himself. Remove any barriers that hinder his progress and guide him towards a fulfilling and purposeful life.
Lord, we lift up ### as well, as they carry the burden of seeing their child suffer. Grant them strength, comfort, and unwavering faith as they trust in your perfect plan for ###'s life. Surround them with a community of support and encouragement.
We thank you, Father, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer them. We believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. May your healing power flow through ###'s body, bringing restoration and freedom from epilepsy. May your blessings overflow in his life, leading him to a place of joy, purpose, and sobriety.
