Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Boniven's son who is currently studying at the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy. We thank You for the opportunity he has been given to pursue his dream of becoming a certified police officer.
Lord, we ask for Your divine guidance and wisdom to be upon him as he prepares for his remaining exams, hands-on training, and his final test. Grant him clarity of mind, understanding, and the ability to retain the knowledge he has acquired throughout his training. Strengthen him physically, mentally, and emotionally during this demanding season.
We pray that You would surround him with supportive instructors, mentors, and fellow students who will encourage and uplift him along this journey. May he develop the necessary skills, discernment, and compassion to serve and protect his community with integrity and honor.
Lord, we commit the graduation date of April 19, 2024, into Your hands. We ask for Your favor to be upon Boniven's son, that he may successfully complete his training and be recognized for his hard work and dedication. May this milestone be a stepping stone towards a fulfilling and impactful career in law enforcement.
We also pray for Richard A. Hawkins, Boniven's father, that You would grant him peace and assurance as he supports his son through this process. Strengthen their bond as a family and fill their hearts with hope and confidence in Your plans for their lives.
In all things, Lord, may Your will be done. We trust in Your perfect timing and provision. May Boniven's son bring honor to Your name through his service and may Your light shine through him as he upholds justice and protects the vulnerable.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
