My son ### is addicted to drugs and alcohol. He lost his wife to a ### overdose. Her parents blame my son. The day she passed, that morning I spoke to her and we argued over their addiction in her words, "We are adults and can do whatever we want." She died later that day. My son's daughters were taken away and now live in ### with her mom. We have little contact with them. The mother doesn't understand that my daughter-in-law had her own will. She even argued with my son after he told her not to do the drug, but she did it anyway. After she died, we put my son in rehab and he did 45 days, then went back to drugs and alcohol again. Just recently, he overdosed again. He is homeless. I tried helping him, but he refuses to change. Is it wrong for me to not want to deal with him anymore due to his addiction? Is it a sin to refuse him help? I pray for him every day, but it doesn't seem to help. I don't want my son to die, and I don't want her parents to continue to blame him for her own actions. I ask for prayer for my son. Please, please pray for him.
