My son is 14, very defiant, very rebellious. My husband gave up on the family due to the stress from our son & began an affair with a married woman last August. He travels to see her every other weekend and is pushing for a divorce. Please pray for all 3 of us. Please pray that my husband and son turn away from the enemy's temptations & that my family is restored. That God's covenant of marriage is upheld, blessed & used as a testimony of His Great love for us.

1) Lord, I pray that you will allow healing and reconciliation to take place. That whatever hurts or disappointments they have experienced can be mended through the power of your undying eternal Love. We realize Father that they cannot change anything that has happened. But, they can go forth together keeping, renewing and once again honoring their vows. We ask that you endow them with wisdom to endure and a tongue that speaks healing, restoration & peace.

I pray, not for answers, but for willingness.

Answers come in their own time.

My willingness to be flexible heals me,

it diminishes pain and makes all things better.

Each moment that passes becomes gentler,

as my spirit becomes softer and kinder.

May tough times bring out the best in me,

when my anger diminishes, my insight increases.

Blessings are all around me, even in this time,

even amidst my worries, let me see hope, and

feel in my bone, that things get better,
