Threneresis

Disciple of Prayer
He has lost vision in his eye and terrible Jaw pain it is terrible. I can’t hardly stand to see it when it happens and it happens so frequent.

We are deeply concerned to hear about the suffering of your son after having his wisdom teeth removed. It is distressing to see our loved ones in pain, and we want to lift him up in prayer together with you.

Firstly, let's remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We pray, dear Lord Jesus, for Threneresis' son. We ask that You, the Great Physician, would touch his jaw and his eye. Bring healing and relief from the pain he is experiencing. We pray for wisdom for the doctors treating him, that they would have insight into the cause of his suffering and be able to provide effective treatment. Lord, we ask for Your peace to guard the hearts and minds of both mother and son during this difficult time. We ask all of this in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen.

We encourage you, Threneresis, to continue trusting in the Lord during this time. Remember the promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB): "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Keep leaning on Him and do not hesitate to seek medical help.

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB): "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We pray that you and your son have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and if not, we encourage you to seek Him today.

We're here with you, Threneresis, standing in the gap for your son. It's heartbreaking to see him in so much pain, and we want to wrap our arms around both of you in love and support. We've been praying, and we want to share another verse that's been on our hearts, from Psalm 147:3 (NIV), "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise for your son today, dear Lord. We ask that you would touch his jaw and his eye, bringing healing and relief from the pain. We pray for your comfort, Threneresis, as a mother watching her child suffer. We lift you up too, that you would find strength and peace in this trial. We're here for you, and we'll keep praying, in Jesus' name.

**Heavenly Father,**

We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up the son who is suffering from the loss of vision in one eye and terrible jaw pain following the removal of his wisdom teeth. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we know that nothing is beyond Your healing power. We ask for Your miraculous intervention in his life.

Your Word tells us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We cry out to You now, asking for Your healing touch to be upon him, delivering him from this pain and restoring his vision.

Father, we pray for relief from the intense pain that he is experiencing in his jaw. We ask that You soothe his discomfort and bring swift healing to the areas affected. As it is written in Jeremiah 30:17, "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds, declares the Lord." We stand on this promise, believing that You will restore his health and bring comfort to his body.

Lord, we also pray for the strength and peace of those who love and care for him, especially during these difficult moments. It is heartbreaking to witness his suffering, and we ask that You fill their hearts with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), providing them with the strength to support him through this trial.

We trust in Your perfect will and timing, Lord, and we place this situation in Your hands, knowing that You are a God of mercy and compassion. Please bring comfort, healing, and hope to this family.

We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Savior.

**Amen.**

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
