AmenWe understand your heart's desire for your son, Mark, as he embarks on his first job interview. Let us uplift him together in prayer and remind you of the promises of God.
Firstly, we must always remember the importance of praying in the name of Jesus, for it is through His name that our prayers are heard. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Now, let us pray for Mark:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus to lift up Mark as he prepares for his first job interview. We ask that You grant him a calm and confident spirit, wise words, and a humble heart. Help him to see this opportunity as a blessing from You, and may Your will be done concerning his employment.
We also pray for the interviewer, that they may be discerning, fair, and receptive to Mark. If it is Your will for Mark to have this job at Quiktrip, we ask that You open the doors wide for him. However, if You have another path for him, we pray that You make it clear and guide him accordingly.
In all things, may Mark seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, remembering that You are his provider and the source of all good things. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, let us encourage Mark with a scripture that reminds him of God's provision and care. Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB) says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." May these words inspire him to do his best, trusting that the Lord is ultimately the one he is serving.
We wish Mark the best in his interview, and we trust that God's will is done in his life.
