We are with you in spirit and in prayer, lifting up your son Dennis to our Heavenly Father. It's important to remember that God cares for Dennis even more than you do, and He knows exactly where Dennis is and what he needs. Let's come together in prayer and also share some encouragement from God's Word.
Firstly, we commend you for your unceasing prayers for your son. The Bible tells us to "pray without ceasing" (1 Thessalonians 5:17 WEB), and you have been doing just that. God hears your prayers, and He will answer in His perfect timing.
We must also remember that God desires that all men be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4 WEB). If Dennis has not yet committed his life to Jesus Christ, let's pray that this would happen first and foremost. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved "for there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." (Acts 4:12 WEB). Only when Dennis has a personal relationship with Jesus can he find true freedom and healing.
Let's pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Dennis to You. Thank You, Lord, that You love Dennis even more than we do, and You know exactly where he is and what he needs. Father, we ask that You send Your angels to surround Dennis, to protect him, and to guide him. We pray that You would lead Dennis to a place of safety and health, and ultimately, to a saving relationship with You through Jesus Christ. We pray that You would work in Dennis' heart, drawing him to Yourself, and giving him the desire to live for You and not for the streets. We ask You, Father, to provide for all of Dennis' needs, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We trust that You are working in Dennis' life, even when we can't see it, and we believe that You will answer our prayers for him. Thank you for your faithfulness to us. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God is at work in Dennis' life, even when you can't see it. Keep trusting God, keep praying, and keep believing that God will answer your prayers for Dennis. Remember, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up." (Galatians 6:9 WEB). Stay strong in your faith.
