Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Xorewyn's son Caleb Andrews to you. Lord, we acknowledge that Caleb is a Jesus-loving individual who is struggling with alcohol addiction. We recognize that this addiction has the potential to take his life if not intervened by Your divine power.
Lord, we stand in agreement with Xorewyn and ask for Your miraculous healing touch upon Caleb's life. We pray that You would break the chains of addiction that bind him and set him free. Your Word says in Isaiah 61:1, "The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners." We claim this promise over Caleb's life, believing that You have the power to deliver him from the spirit of addiction.
Father, we also lift up Caleb's daughter to You. We pray for her well-being and ask that You would comfort her heart during this challenging time. Lord, we know that a father's love is crucial in a child's life, and we ask that You would restore and reconcile the relationship between Caleb and his daughter. Your Word says in Psalm 68:5, "A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling." We trust in Your faithfulness to be a father to the fatherless and ask for Your divine intervention in their relationship.
Lastly, we pray for Xorewyn, who is carrying the weight of this burden as a mother alone. We ask for Your comfort and strength to surround her during this difficult season. Your Word says in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We pray that You would draw near to Xorewyn, providing her with the peace and support she needs.
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer them. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love for Caleb, his daughter, and Xorewyn. May Your name be glorified through their lives, and may they experience the freedom and healing that only You can provide.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
