My son and I were both fired (unfairly) from separate jobs within the last 2 weeks. He was at his job for 3 years with no disciplinary problems. I was at my last job for 6 months. Before that, I lost my contract of 3 years at a major morning talk show. Again, through no fault of mine, I find myself and my son, unemployed (or underemployed). We are both, technically, homeless. I'm staying with a friend and the red cross is putting him up because there was a fire at his old address. We're both college educated and are finding it a challenge when it comes to gainful employment, it would be a big plus if we could work in our fields. However, just getting a decent paying job is priority, now. I cannot stay where I am for too long. I'm wearing out my welcome and besides, my roommates, lifestyle and beliefs are opposed to my faith. He's Muslim. And his mentally ill son, frequents our apartment, so there is a safety issue, as well.

Please help this father and his son find the employment they need. I have asked for this very same thing and you have blessed me and my family so much. I ask that you do the same here father. In The name of Jesus I pray. Amen.

Father in heaven, look upon these homeless and jobless people in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Heavenly Father, may You come through for them at their very points of needs in the name of Jesus Christ.
