My son age 21 is a recovering addict over 230 days

My son age 21 is a recovering addict over 230 days clean -- but he's having a hard time. He's very nervous and behaving very selfish and childish. He doesn't know what to do career wise -- and so he's goofing off. He wanted to be a Youth minster but now he hasn't been to worship but twice since January and is drinking too much. God has called my son and the evil one is working to keep my son from the work God has for him. Please join with me in prayer for my son. May he return to the path God chooses. Pray fr me to know how to help him.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
