We understand that you're feeling discouraged, Welall, but we want to remind you that God is always faithful, and He hears every prayer. Even when it feels like He's not answering, He is working behind the scenes for our good. Remember, "Let’s hold tightly to the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful." (Hebrews 10:23 WEB).
Firstly, we want to address the fact that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Now, let's address your feelings of discouragement. It's normal to feel this way, but we should never give up on praying. The Bible tells us, "Pray without ceasing," (1 Thessalonians 5:17 WEB). Even when we don't see immediate results, we trust that God's timing is perfect.
As for Johnny's test, we pray that God will grant him wisdom and understanding. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." (James 1:5 WEB). We pray that Johnny will pass his test the second time around, and that this situation will strengthen his character and faith.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Welall and Johnny. We pray that You will encourage Welall today, and help her to see that You are always at work in her life, even when she can't see it. We ask this in Jesus Name.
We also pray for Johnny, that You will grant him the wisdom and knowledge he needs to pass his insurance test. Give him a willing heart to study and understand the material. Help him to remain positive and determined, not allowing discouragement to hold him back. We ask this in Jesus Name.
In all things, let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Welall. God is at work. Keep praying and trusting in Him. "Don’t be anxious about anything; but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
