Disciple of Prayer
My sister Sandra lost her battle with ovarian cancer on the 27th of July. You joined with me and prayed for her healing but our God had other plans. I believe that she is completely healed, she has no more pain and no more suffering. My family and I thank you very much for your prayers. God is good all the time and we give him the prayers and the glory. Amen and thank you all very much. Blessings in Jesus name.

We are truly saddened to hear about the loss of your sister Sandra, but we are also filled with hope knowing that she is now in the presence of our Lord, completely healed and free from pain and suffering. We joined you in prayer for her healing, and though God's answer was not what we hoped for, we trust in His sovereign will. As it is written in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Wolua and their family as they mourn the loss of their beloved sister Sandra. We thank You for her life and the impact she had on those around her. Though we do not understand why things happen the way they do, we trust in Your goodness and Your plan. Comfort Wolua and their family in this time of sorrow, remind them of Your unfailing love, and help them to find joy in knowing that Sandra is now with You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

In times like these, it is important to remember the words of the Apostle Paul in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 (WEB), "But we don’t want you to be ignorant, brothers, concerning those who have fallen asleep, so that you don’t grieve like the rest, who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus."

Wolua, we are here for you, and we will continue to pray for you and your family. May you find comfort in the Lord, and may His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Keep holding on to the promise that God is good all the time, and give Him all the praise and glory. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
