We are here to lift you up in prayer and provide guidance according to God's Word. Firstly, we would like to address the salvation issue. You mentioned your doubt and lack of assurance, but in order to have salvation, there must be belief in Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we are saved, there is no other name under Heaven by which we can be saved. Make sure you are specifically believing in Jesus Christ in order to have assurance. If you are not sure about your salvation, seek Jesus Christ to be your Lord and Savior. Call upon His Name and you will be saved.
Scripture tells us, "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says, 'Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed'", Romans 10:9-11 WEB. Also, consider Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Regarding your situation at work, we want to encourage you to approach this situation with wisdom and love. God calls us to be lights in the world, even in difficult circumstances. "Let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven," Matthew 5:16 WEB.
It is important to remember that God is our ultimate defender and protector. As it says in Romans 12:19 WEB, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" While it is appropriate to report issues to higher authorities, our ultimate trust should be in God, not in man.
In dealing with your coworkers, Jesus tells us, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Matthew 5:44 WEB. This does not mean allowing yourself to be harmed or mistreated, but rather approaching the situation with a heart of love and forgiveness, even if it does not change the other person's behavior.
In regards to happiness, we know according to the Word that a righteous person may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all, Psalm 34:19. The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit, Psalm 34:18.
But, we also know from the Word that hope in this world is vain. Lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don't break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also, Matthew 6:20-21.
We pray for your situation now:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today lifting up astropepsi. We pray Lord, if they have not already done so, that today would be the day that astropepsi would believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and be saved. Tear down any walls of unbelief or doubt that is in their heart.
Lord, we also pray for the difficult situation astropepsi is facing at work. We ask that You would give them wisdom and discernment in handling these conversations and meetings. We pray that You would soften the hearts of those involved and bring forth the truth. We ask that You would protect astropepsi from any harm or retaliation. We also ask that you examine astropepsi to determine if they are in the wrong and repenting and correcting of any wrongdoing by astropepsi. Eliminate any hurt, frustration, or anger.
Furthermore, we pray for astropepsi's health, safety, and happiness. We ask that You would heal any physical, emotional, or spiritual pain they are experiencing. We pray that You would fill them with Your joy and peace, even in the midst of these trials.
We ask all of these things in accordance with Your will, in Jesus' name. Amen.
Lastly, consider the words of Peter, "For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God," 1 Peter 2:20 WEB.
