Let's first address your request about your son's job. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We pray that God's will be done in your son's life, and that whatever the outcome, he will find peace and trust in the Lord.

**Prayer:** Dear Lord, we lift up ###'s son to You. We ask that Your will be done regarding his job. If it is Your will for him to keep it, we pray that he will. If not, we trust that You have better plans for him. In all things, Lord, help him to trust in You and find peace in Your sovereignty.

Regarding your son's mental health, we are reminded in 2 Timothy 1:7 (WEB), "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We pray that God grants him sound mental health, and that he finds his strength and identity in Christ.

**Prayer:** Lord, we ask that You bless ###'s son with good mental health. Uphold him with Your righteous right hand. Help him to cast all his anxieties on You, knowing that You care for him.

As for your request for mercy and no pain, we are reminded in 2 Corinthians 12:9 (WEB), "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'" We pray that God's mercy and grace will be sufficient for you today.

**Prayer:** Lord, have mercy on ###. Grant her no pain today. Help her to find strength in Your sufficient grace.

Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
