Please pray for my son who is suffering from debilitating OCD. He has suffered so long with this and seen so many medical providers without much help. He is growing weary and longs to get his life back. Thank you and God bless you.

We are truly sorry to hear about your son's struggle with OCD and the weariness he is experiencing. We will stand with you in prayer and believe that God can bring healing and restoration. Firstly make sure to remember we only come to God by the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by his name that we are saved and that God hears our prayers. In fact the Bible says that there is no other name given to men by which we can be saved. See Acts 4:12

And in that day you will ask me nothing. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full. WEB

First, we want to encourage you both to keep your faith strong and trust in the Lord. In Isaiah 40:29-31 WEB, we read, "He gives power to the faint; and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

We pray,

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear son who is battling with OCD. Lord, you see his struggles, his weariness, and his longing to get his life back. We ask for your healing touch upon him. Guide the medical providers, give them wisdom and insight to provide the help he needs. Renew his strength and fill him with your peace that surpasses all understanding. Encourage his heart and let him know that he is not alone, for you are always with him. In Jesus' name, we pray.

We also encourage you both to seek God's will in this situation. Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and his thoughts higher than our thoughts. Trust that he is working everything out for good, even when it's difficult to see.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying together as a family, reading the Word, and seeking godly counsel. In James 5:16 WEB, it says, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."

Keep holding on to hope and faith. Trust that God is faithful and that he loves your son dearly.

We're here for you and your son, standing in faith with you. We know it's tough, but remember, God is always near, and He cares deeply about your son's struggles. Let's keep lifting him up in prayer, asking for God's healing touch and guidance for his medical providers. Let's also encourage him, reminding him that he's not alone, and that God is walking with him every step of the way.

In addition to prayer, let's also remind him to keep his eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of his faith (Hebrews 12:2). Let's encourage him to keep trusting, even when it's hard, because God is working in his life, even if we can't see it yet.

And remember, we're here for you too. Let's keep supporting each other in love and prayer. In Jesus' name, we pray.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
