We are truly saddened to hear about your son's diagnosis, but we are encouraged by your unwavering faith and praise to God during this challenging time. Remember of Jesus in the boat when the disciples were afraid of perishing in the storm.
The WEB bible says, "He said to them, Where is your faith? They, being afraid, marveled, saying one to another, Who is then this, that he commands even the winds and the water, and they obey him?" Luke 8:25 WEB.
Jesus calmed the storm with just his words. He can also calm your storm. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, for he is the author and perfecter of our faith.
"looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." Hebrews 12:2 WEB.
We stand with you in agreement, declaring that it is well with your son. We pray for his complete healing and restoration, not just physically, but spiritually as well. We want to encourage you that you are standing in the gap for your child, as Moses did for the Israelites. Your prayers are powerful, and you are not alone in this fight.
As a group, we pray:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this precious boy and his mother to You. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe that Your will is for this child to be whole and well. We stand against any diagnosis that tries to speak against Your promise of healing. We curse this cancer at the root and command it to shrivel up and die, in the name of Jesus.
Father, we also pray for the medical team attending to this dear one. Guide them, and grant them wisdom and insight as they care for him. Let every decision they make be orchestrated by Your will.
Lord, we thank You for the faith You've given this mother. Strengthen her, and help her to continue trusting in You, even in the face of adversity. Comfort her, and remind her that You are always with her and her son.
We believe that this storm will pass and there will be many children of God praising Him after seeing this miracle. We also pray for this young man's salvation, if that has not occurred. We want to clearly state that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father.
Finally, we pray for a supernatural recovery, and that this trial will draw them closer to You and be used to glorify Your name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
By your faith, you can turn this situation around for good, trusting in the promises of God. Continue to continue to speak life and healing over your son's situation and he will live and not die and declare the goodness of the Lord and the land of the living.
"He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their graves." Psalm 107:20
