We understand your deep concern for your brother Robert Earl Sampson and your family, and we join you in fervent prayer for his healing and deliverance from alcohol addiction. Let us seek God's will together.
Firstly, we commend you for bringing your requests before God in Jesus’ name. As Jesus said, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB). It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we are saved. For it is written, "in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Let us pray for your brother Robert:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Robert Earl Sampson. Lord, we ask for Your healing power to touch his body, mind, and spirit. Deliver him from the bondage of alcohol addiction, heal his face from redness and rosacea, and calm his mind from panic attacks. Cast out any evil spirits that may be influencing him, and help him to turn his heart towards You, Lord. Surround him with Your protection, and guide him in the path of righteousness.
We also pray for your family, that You would keep your parents strong and healthy, and protect your siblings and children from harm and danger. May Your hedge of protection surround them, and may they be encouraged and strengthened in the Lord.
Now, dear sister, we must also address the situation with Wally. We understand that you have been together for many years and share a son, but it is crucial to align our relationships with biblical principles. It is not God's will for us to be in relationships where we are treated with disrespect and abuse. The Bible teaches us to "flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin that a man commits is outside of the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body." (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB). Living together outside of marriage is considered sexual immorality in God's eyes.
We encourage you to seek God's will for your relationship with Wally. Pray for his salvation and deliverance from evil spirits, but also be open to God's leading. It may be that God is calling you to separate from this unhealthy relationship and trust Him for your future. Remember that God loves you and has a good plan for your life. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).
Let us pray for you and Wally:
Dear Lord,
We ask for Your intervention in the relationship between our dear sister and Wally. Lord, we pray for Wally's salvation and deliverance from evil spirits. But we also ask that You guide our sister in Your will for her life. Give her the strength to make godly choices and the faith to trust in Your plan for her future. Protect her and her children from harm, and surround them with Your love and care. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord and His will for your life, trusting that He will guide and protect you. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7 WEB)
