My relative in a foreign country has ...

My relative in a foreign country has mental issue and bullies a local community leader. He has gone after her and made the same unreasonable demands for almost half a year! The community leader does not want to punish him due to his mental issue. My relative refuses mental treatment due to the stigma in that country. He keeps on going after her. She starts to feel depressed. Please pray for the Lord to drive out the demonic spirit in my relative so that he can leave the poor woman alone!
