We understand your concern about this and we are here together to help guide and pray with you. Jesus tells us, "The way to the Father is by believing in me" (John 14:6 WEB), and "Ask anything by my name and I will do it." (John 14:14 WEB) It is only in His name that we have access to God and can ask anything. So, because of this, we pray this in the name of Jesus Christ.
First, we must seek God's will together for your situation. We are all instructed in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 says, "To give thanks in all circumstances, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you" (WEB). So, rejoice in this circumstance God has placed you in and accept His will for your relationship. We all can praise God that He has definitely allowed you to be with your boyfriend for 2 years. God has used, and can use this relationship if it is honoring to Him to strengthen and teach you both. And He certainly will use this relationship to teach you both even if it is not honoring to Him.
This brings up an important issue. The Bible instructs in 1 Corinthians 7:18, "If you are a Christian man or a Christian woman, do not become a girlfriend or boyfriend to someone who is not a believer" (WEB). This is to spare us as believers from unequal yoking with unbelievers. Therefore, we trust you are both believers. So, if this applies, the boyfriend or girlfriend relationship you are in should be a courtship to possibly discern leading to marriage.
Next, let's address your concerns. It is notable that you did not specifically ask for God's will in this, so let's pray together right now seeking this. Dear Jesus, Help us discern Your will for this relationship. If we are wrongly discerning your will, or either of us is wrongly discerning your will for this relationship, use circumstances to guide us both to your will. We pray this together and agree this will bring peace and trust in anything that happens. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Now let's address other concerns you have. His commitment is something God will demonstrate in Him if it is there as time passes. And, if he is or wants to be with someone else, God will certainly allow circumstances to change and guide you both to move on. So, pray that God will show you this by your boyfriend's fruits. Jesus says in Matthew 7:16 "By their fruits you will recognize them. Do you gather grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles?" (WEB) Now, by your boyfriends fruits, we will know his character together. This will further help bring peace to you.
We must address the living together. This is not right if it is sexual, nor will it benefit either of you, your relationship with Jesus, or your relationship together. 1 Corinthians 6:18-19 "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own." (WEB) And Ephesians 5:3 says it explicitly. "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints" (WEB). This needs to end as a practice for the relationship to continue.
Last, let's discuss moving out. Why don't you let God lead this? To do this the relationship needs to further God's will and lead to marriage if it is His will. Let's pray together for your will to be subordinated to God's will and for your peace and confidence in God taking control by showing you both His will and possibly confirming your love if it is in His will.
Dear Jesus,
We pray this relationship will glorify you and us as believers seeking Your will. We pray You guide us to repent of any sexual immorality and flee temptation in this relationship.
We pray for guidance through this relationship and demonstrate Your will for not only Anonymous, but also her boyfriend if the relationship honors you. We pray for their marriage if His will in Christ, Jesus or not in Christ as it was written. Finally, We pray You guide, by the Holy Spirit, and comfort them in this situation.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
