Firstly, we want to address that the Bible teaches us to trust in the Lord's power and sovereignty, as it is written: "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." However, we want to gently correct the term "partner" used in your request. According to biblical principles, we encourage courtship with the goal of marriage between a man and a woman, both devoted to Christ. We pray that your relationship is centered on God's will and that you both are equally yoked, as the Bible instructs: "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB)

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Mathwyl and their courtship. We stand against any powers of darkness that seek to hinder or destroy their path to a God-honoring marriage. We pray that You will strengthen their faith, trust, and love for one another, and most importantly, their love and obedience to You. We claim Your promises, Lord, that no weapon forged against them will prevail (Isaiah 54:17). We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you, Mathwyl, to continue trusting in God's plan for your relationship. Keep pursuing righteousness and God's will, and remember that "many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails." (Proverbs 19:21 WEB) Stay strong in your faith and always Keep God at the center of your relationship.
