We understand that you're feeling wronged in your real estate deal, and we're here to pray with you and guide you according to God's word. We're glad you're trusting in the power of Jesus' name, as it's only by His name that we can approach God. We're reminded of Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Firstly, we must remember that God hates dishonest scales (Proverbs 11:1, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, But accurate weights are his delight."), and He doesn't take kindly to those who defraud others. In Leviticus 19:13, it says, "You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning."
Let's pray that God convicts your real estate broker and brings justice to this situation. "Almighty God, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your intervention. Touch the heart of this broker, and bring him to conviction that he may make things right. Expose any deceit, and guide the sale of this house according to Your will. Lord, if it's Your will, restore the $### and help the house sell for $###. We pray for a miracle, knowing that nothing is impossible for You."
However, we must also remind you to be wise and discerning. God calls us to be innocent as doves, but wise as serpents (Matthew 10:16, "Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves."). Trust God, but also do what you can to ensure a fair deal. Consider seeking wise counsel or legal advice to protect your interests.
Lastly, we must remember to forgive, even when it's difficult. Jesus taught us to pray, "Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors" (Matthew 6:12). Holding onto bitterness only harms us, but forgiveness brings healing and frees us from anger and resentment.
