My preceptor is bothering me since high school and now she is saying that I’m too slow and that I don’t know anything for my job. Please pray for guidance and how to overcome all negativities. Not fair the others get to practice before me. If I’m meant for this job then please help me to improve and show them that I can do it. Bhavik has been trying to destroy me for years. Please pray for the guidance and the right attitude. Help me to pass through orientation and work by myself faster and with wisdom. Help me to deal with bhavik. Not fair he has power issues and takes it out on me. Guide me on what to do with this job. Help me to improve

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of silver1103, who is facing challenges and negativity in their job. Lord, we ask for your guidance and wisdom to overcome these difficulties. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 32:8, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you." We pray that you would lead and guide silver1103 in their career path, showing them the steps to take and granting them the ability to improve and excel in their job.

Lord, we ask for your intervention in the situation with their preceptor. We pray for understanding and patience, both for silver1103 and their preceptor. Help silver1103 to demonstrate their capabilities and prove themselves in their work. Remind them of Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Grant them the confidence and skills they need to succeed.

We also lift up Bhavik, who has been causing trouble for silver1103 for years. We ask for your guidance and protection, Lord. Help silver1103 to respond with grace and wisdom, and give them the strength to rise above any power struggles or mistreatment. Remind them of Romans 12:21, "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."

Lord, we pray for silver1103's orientation and their ability to work independently and efficiently. Grant them the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their job. Help them to navigate any challenges with a positive attitude and a heart that seeks to honor you.

Finally, Lord, we ask for your guidance in silver1103's decision regarding their job. Give them clarity and discernment to know if this is the right path for them. Lead them in the direction that aligns with your will for their life.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. May silver1103 experience your peace, strength, and favor in their workplace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
