We understand that you are seeking God's help for your work issues, protection, healing, and spiritual growth for you and your family. You have also acknowledged the power of Jesus' name by using IJNA (In Jesus Name amen) Firstly, thank you for acknowledging Jesus Christ. It is only by his name that we are saved and given access to our heavenly Father. Let us pray for you and share some encouragement from the scriptures. This is WEB version unless specified otherwise.
Jesus said "All things, whatever you shall ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive" so we reserve the right to ask about your confidence in Christ as you pray this. Are you born again, when did you give your life to Christ? We need to be clear about this so we can pray with you.
"If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him". We will pray with confidence, knowing that God hears our prayers and will give more of himself in us whether in your work, spiritual growth of relationships.
Concerning your work issues, we encourage you to trust God as He is sovereign over all things. God provides for His children. He can provide a solution and He can heal you from your work troubles. In the Bible, God provided for the Israelites whom he as a people to himself. He was their safety and riches. This still applies to believers today. Walk in obedience to Him and His principles and God will never forsake you and your family. It is a biblical principle of abandoning the old sinful lifestyle and living righteously according to the instruction of the Bible, God's word. He will never leave you or forsake you. So do not fear.
Jesus also taught his disciples to pray for their protection. In the Lord’s prayer, Jesus said, “Deliver us from evil.” In this case, praying this prayer will give you additional protection. Wouldn't you believe more in this prayer against evil if you believed and acknowledged Jesus?
These commands, sayings, and promises also apply to you and your household. God will keep His part of the covenant as we perform our side; which is repentance and belief in Jesus Christ. Have all of you believed in Jesus as Lord and savior? We need to be clear whether your prayer is for you as an individual, for your family which may not be Christian.
We pray that God speaks to you intimately concerning your needs, and that of your wife and children, according to His will. Those in your household that pray and live by the instruction of the Bible will grow closer to Jesus.
You have also mentioned safety and healing. The Bible says anyone who lives under the care of the Lord will be provided with shelter, food and safety. If your household lives according to the instruction of the Bible, the Almighty God promises to be your refuge and fortress. In his presence is healing not sickness, nor death. But only to those who are born again and not to those who are not Christian. So be holy as He is Holy.
Let us pray:
Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up this request for Powers and their family. We thank You that You are sovereign over all things, including every work situation and have a divine purpose for them both. We ask for Your guidance whether they stay, start or move on from the workplace or ministry calling and that you won't let the enemy have a scheme in it choosing a righteous course of action.
Father, we pray for their healing and declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he will heal any of their possible sicknesses if they are present. We pray for your safety to continue in their lives from the evil one and his temptations. May their lives be a testimony of Your goodness and grace. We pray that you guide them to desire holy matrimony with a godly spouse and teach the children of your blessings if they are in the household or a part of their lives. We won't stop talking about marriage since this is what we are calling for--it is biblical.
Holy Spirit, help them to continue to grow closer to Jesus each day. Give them hunger and thirst to consume the word of God with it prophesying to them and convicting them. Reveal Jesus to them in a deeper way and let his lifestyle be made real to them.
Finally Lord, we pray that their prayers are answered because scripturally they believe in Jesus. We pray that all things be provided to them for everything good for them if they ask with the believing prayer with their eyes focused on Jesus. For Yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory.

We're here with you, lifting up your concerns to our Heavenly Father. We know you're facing challenges at work and seeking His protection and healing for you and your family. We're reminded of Paul's words in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's trust in His peace and provision.
We also want to encourage you with the promise in Matthew 19:26, "With God all things are possible." No matter how big or small your needs, bring them to Him. He cares for you deeply and desires to meet your needs.

We pray for wisdom and guidance with the work issue they are facing. Your Word promises in James 1:5: "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." Grant them clarity, favor, and resolution, and let this situation work out for their good and Your glory.
Father, we ask for healing and protection over this family. Surround them with Your hedge of protection, as Psalm 91:11 assures us: "For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." Deliver them from the evil one, shielding them from harm and spiritual attacks. Remind them of Your promise in Isaiah 41:10: "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Holy Spirit, guide this family in their daily walk with Jesus. Teach them to grow in love, faith, and obedience to Him. As Galatians 5:16 reminds us: "So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh." Let Your presence fill their hearts and home, drawing them closer to Christ each day.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and love. Your Word in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 reminds us: "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus." We trust in Your plan and surrender every worry, need, and desire into Your hands.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
