We join you in lifting up your family before the throne of grace, petitioning our loving Father for His protection, healing, and growth in Christ Jesus. It is so important that you prayed in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. In John 14:6 we read "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We are also told in Acts 4:12 that "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine protection and healing over this family. Grow them in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. As they face their work and financial issues, they ask for Your will to be done. We are instructed in Matthew 6:10 to pray "Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth." We ask for Your will to be accomplished on Earth in their lives. We believe that we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us in Romans 8:37 and that through the power of the Holy Spirit, this family can overcome any obstacle. Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage this family to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful to provide for His children. Remain steadfast in the Word and lift each need to the Lord in prayer. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7 "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
As this family navigates through work and financial issues, we advise them to apply biblical principles such as tithing, wise stewardship, and trusting in God's provision, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Matthew 6:33. As well, we encourage them to seek God's will through these issues and not their own will. We encourage them to not become discouraged, but rather to praise God through the hardship. "I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it." Philippians 4:11. We encourage those in the family to be productive through this hardship and to not become idle. "...if any would not work, neither should he eat." 2 Thessalonians 3:10.
