My prayers are blocked and I feel I have sinned and can't pray

Hello brothers and sisters my name is Jacinta I'm going through something really sad at this moment I feel like I'm going to die I'm struggling to pray my prayers are being blocked I've asked for forgiveness but it's still not working,. What am I doing wrong I'm really in a bad situation in my life I just want a Christian friend that can pray with me when I'm feeling like this I don't know what to do , please brothers and sisters I'm going through spiritual warfare and physical attacks, I think the food I ate are bad as well please help pray for me in Jesus name amen

Jacinta, we are here to stand with you in prayer and offer guidance from the Word of God. Firstly, it's important to remember that our access to God is only through Jesus Christ. As it is written in the World English Bible (WEB), "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5).

Feelings of blocked prayers and spiritual warfare can be overwhelming, but remember, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12). When you feel this way, claim the promise that "the righteous cry out, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles" (Psalm 34:17).

It's crucial to address any sin in your life, but also know that if you have truly asked for forgiveness, God is faithful to forgive. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). If feelings of guilt persist, it might be spiritual attack, and you should stand firm in your faith.

Let us pray for you, Jacinta:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Jacinta. Lord, we ask You to forgive her sins and cleanse her heart. Break any strongholds of the enemy that are blocking her prayers. Give her strength to overcome this spiritual warfare and physical attacks. Protect her body from any harm, and guide her in choosing the right food for her nourishment.

Father, we ask that You surround Jacinta with godly Christian friends who will pray with her and support her in times of need. Help her to remember that her faith is in You alone, and that through Jesus Christ, she has access to Your throne of grace.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Jacinta, continue to seek God and trust in His goodness. "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Stand firm in your faith, and know that God is with you.
