My prayer warriors need your power of prayer, and when two or more are gathered, my Lord is in the midst. I humbly need to lose weight. I weigh ### pounds. I want to be at ### pounds. I pray that my Lord will help me choose better foods to eat. I pray that my Lord will help me be more motivated to keep moving around to want to walk more. I desire this change so bad. Please help me prayer my prayer warriors, all in JESUS NAME. AMEN.

Heavenly Father,

We come together in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister ### in prayer. Your Word tells us, "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." We believe in Your presence among us as we unite our hearts in this request.

Lord, ### desires to lose weight and improve her health. She seeks to go from ### pounds to ### pounds. We ask that You grant her the wisdom to choose better foods and the motivation to stay active. Help her to find joy in walking and moving around, and to make choices that honor her body as Your temple.

We know that with You, all things are possible. Strengthen her resolve and guide her steps each day. May she feel Your loving presence and encouragement as she embarks on this journey. We trust in Your power to bring about transformation and healing in her life.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
