My prayer warriors need your power of prayer, and when two or more are gathered, my Lord is in the midst. I humbly need to lose weight. I weigh 207 pounds. I want to be at 132 pounds. I pray that my Lord will help me choose better foods to eat. I pray that my Lord will help me be more motivated to keep moving around to want to walk more. I desire this change so bad. Please help me prayer my prayer warriors, all in JESUS NAME. AMEN.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come together in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Norma Jean Vargas in prayer. Your Word tells us in Matthew 18:20 that where two or three are gathered in Your name, You are there in the midst of them. We believe in Your presence and power, Lord, and we ask for Your divine intervention in Norma Jean's life.

Lord, Norma Jean desires to lose weight and reach a healthier state. She seeks to go from 207 pounds to 132 pounds. We ask that You grant her the wisdom to choose better foods and the motivation to stay active and walk more. Philippians 4:13 reminds us that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We pray that You fill her with Your strength and determination.

Help her, Lord, to make choices that honor her body, which is a temple of the Holy Spirit . Guide her steps, give her the perseverance she needs, and surround her with supportive prayer warriors who will lift her up in this journey.

We trust in Your power to transform and renew. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
