Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Norma Jean Vargas. Lord, she is feeling overwhelmed and burdened by her weight, and she is seeking Your divine intervention. We ask that You grant her the strength, discipline, and guidance she needs to achieve her health goals.
Your Word says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We pray that Norma Jean feels Your strength and encouragement as she embarks on this journey. Help her to make healthy choices and to find joy in the process of taking care of the body You have given her.
Lord, we know that nothing is impossible for You. We ask for a high miracle, as Norma Jean has requested, and we trust in Your perfect timing and will. May she find peace and comfort in Your presence, knowing that You are with her every step of the way.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.
God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
