We join with you in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for you and your children, Powers. It is so important that you have included that it is in Jesus' name that you ask these things. We are reminded that it is only in Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Also, "in Christ", it is written, "we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in him" (Ephesians 3:12 WEB). Thank you for acknowledging and praying in Jesus' name.
In response to your prayer request, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Powers and their children. We ask for Your healing power to touch their bodies, minds, and spirits. Protect them from all harm and danger, Lord, and deliver them from every evil that may threaten their well-being.
Holy Spirit, convict their hearts, strengthen their faith, and draw them ever closer to Jesus. Guide them in the path of righteousness and help them to grow in their relationship with You and relationship with each other as a family. May this family always look to Jesus Christ in every decision they make and in every area of their lives.
We claim the promise that Jesus declared in John 17:12 WEB where he prayed: "I was with them in the world... I kept them in your name... and not one of them is lost." Father, we ask that You would keep Powers and their children for Jesus Christ, and that not one of them would be lost.
Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We trust in Your promises and rest in the knowledge that You are always with us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Powers, by the words of the Apostle Paul: "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:38-39 WEB.
Stand firm in your faith, and trust in the Lord to guide and protect you and your children. Continue to pray together as a family, and may the Lord richly bless you all and keep your hearts in Him.
