Dear Heavenly Father,
In the mighty name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Meedmas, who is seeking deliverance from the addiction to cigarettes and the torment of psychotic depression. We lift up Meedmas to you, knowing that you are the God who sets the captives free and brings healing to the brokenhearted.
Your Word reminds us in Isaiah 61:1 that you have anointed Jesus to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives, and release from darkness for the prisoners. We claim this promise over Meedmas' life right now. We ask that you break the chains of addiction and release Meedmas from the bondage of cigarettes. Fill their heart and mind with a deep desire to live a healthy and smoke-free life.
We also pray against the tormenting voices and demonic oppression that Meedmas is experiencing. We rebuke every spirit of fear, depression, and blasphemy in the name of Jesus. Your Word assures us in 2 Timothy 1:7 that you have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We declare that Meedmas is covered by the blood of Jesus and protected from every attack of the enemy.
Father, we ask that you surround Meedmas with your love, peace, and comfort. Pour out your Holy Spirit upon them, bringing healing and restoration to their mind, body, and soul. Help them to find solace in your presence and to experience the freedom and joy that comes from knowing you.
We also pray for a supportive community around Meedmas, filled with people who will encourage and uplift them in their journey towards freedom and healing. May they find strength in fellowship and find mentors who can guide them towards a life of victory.
Lord, we thank you for your faithfulness and your unfailing love. We trust in your power to bring about transformation and deliverance in Meedmas' life. We believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us .
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
