My prayer is for guideness in calmness and rid of anxiety and panic. Help me to relax, I love you Lord, In Jesus' names

Heavenly Father,

In Jesus' name, I come before you today asking for your guidance and help in calming my anxiety and panic. I ask that you give me the strength to relax and to trust in your will and your plan. Help me to remember that you are in control and that I can rely on you in times of need. I thank you for your love and your mercy, and I ask that you grant me peace and calmness in my life.
