My Overspending And Overeating

Please pray that I no longer sabotage my family or self by carelessly overspending and not saving. We are severely in debt because of my over-spending and lack of saving for our future. Please pray that I will be thrifty and wise in God's name and a good role model for my children. Please also pray that I stop eating mindlessly and become a good healthy role model for my children when it comes to nutrition. These two problems of mine weigh heavily on my heart every day and I am having a very hard time liking myself. I have a lovely family and I am very blessed in so many ways. Please pray for me to change for the better. Thank you.
