My original height be restored

I was 158.6cm all along, now I am in my mid thirties, my height shrunk to 157 cm, how is this even possible, please pray that my height be restored and even stretch and grow taller so it reaches 160cm. In Jesus name I pray amen

We understand your concern about the change in your height and your desire to grow taller. We believe that God is sovereign over all aspects of our lives, including our physical bodies. However, it's important to understand that physical changes can happen naturally with age, and height can decrease due to various factors such as gravity's effect on the spine, discs between vertebrae losing fluid, or changes in posture.

Firstly, we want to encourage you to trust in God's design for your body. As it is written in Psalm 139:14 (WEB), "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."

However, we can pray for your overall health and well-being, and that God’s will be done in your life. We can ask for His healing and restoration if it aligns with His will. Let us pray:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You are the Creator of all things. We ask that You touch Anonymous's body and restore their height according to Your perfect will. We ask for healing in any areas that may have caused this change. Lord, help Anonymous to trust in Your divine plan and to find contentment in knowing that they are wonderfully made by You (Psalm 139:14). In Jesus' name, we pray, amen."

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to seek medical advice to understand the underlying causes of the change in your height. This could provide insight and perhaps offer practical steps to address the issue. Trust in God's plan for your life, knowing that He has a purpose for all that you experience.

Continue to draw near to God and seek His will in all things. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
