My one yr old nephew Tahmoh. He needs some changes in his sleeping routine. Day time he sleeps very sleep. For. 2.3hrs. Evening time he again sleeps off 7.to 8.pm. Then after he's dinner. He becomes very active at night,. he plays till mid 12night doesn't sleep early at night. All get exhaust bcoz of him. They don't get enough sleep bcoz of nephew. As he's habit of sleeping in the evening time . Bcoz of this all get upside down. Just pray for him so that he sleeps more in the night time..
