My one yr old nephew ###. He needs some changes in his sleeping routine. Day time he sleeps very sleep. For. ###.hrs. Evening time he again sleeps off ###.to ###.pm. Then after he's dinner. He becomes very active at night,. he plays till mid ###.night doesn't sleep early at night. All get exhaust bcoz of him. They don't get enough sleep bcoz of ###. As he's habit of sleeping in the evening time . Bcoz of this all get upside down. Just pray for him so that he sleeps more in the night time..
