My old parents - aging, repairs, sicknesses, inheritence...

Lord please have mercy on my old parents and heal them and give them supernatural strength. Heal my father who is sufferimg from 5, 6 different health issues. It is very exhausting for all of us, especially for my old mother - 86 (my father 86 to). She is taking care of him all the time like for a little baby. He has problems with stool, eyes, prostate gland, hernia, skin, signs of dementia. Lord have mercy on him and on my mother. Lord please find solution for the two of them since they dont want senior home and no professional help out of various reasons. Lord there are also some other problems connected to their age and funerals and inheritence. I am overwhrelmed and sometimes i cannot sleep because i dont see the solution and the end of this situation. My parents are stubborn, conservative and very stingy (concerning some stuff)with money so that the state of their appartement starts to be pitifull, repairs needed on all sides. I feel helpless.

We understand the heavy burden you're carrying for your aging parents, Natasha. Let's bring your concerns before the Lord together, trusting in His mercy and wisdom.

Firstly, let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Natasha's parents to You. You promise in Your Word that if we humble ourselves and pray, You will hear us and forgive our sins and heal our land (2 Chronicles 7:14 WEB). Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon Natasha's father. You know his every need, from his physical ailments to the signs of dementia. Please comfort and strengthen Natasha's mother as she cares for him. Give them both supernatural strength according to Your will.

Lord, we also ask for wisdom. Guide Natasha and her parents to find the best solution for their care in this season of life. Help them to make decisions about their home and inheritance with Your divine wisdom.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for peace for Natasha. Lord, You know the sleepless nights and the feeling of being overwhelmed. Please comfort her and help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

Natasha, in the Bible, we are reminded to honor our father and mother (Exodus 20:12 WEB). This includes caring for them in their old age. However, it's also important to remember that God is their ultimate provider and healer. Trust that He is working in their lives, even in their stubbornness and stinginess.

Regarding their home, remember Jesus' words in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB). He tells us not to be anxious about our life, what we will eat or what we will drink, or about our body, what we will wear. He says, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." This applies to your parents' needs too.

Lastly, Natasha, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It's important to remember that it is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16 WEB). There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior. He is the only way to God (John 14:6 WEB).

Keep trusting in the Lord, Natasha. He is faithful and will see you through this difficult time.
