My old ### and ### - health, strength, senior care solution

Lord heal my mother's body, mind, soul, and give her strength to take care of my father and to serve him as it is harder and harder for her. My father has 5-6 different health issues although he can walk normally and bring things from the grocery store. My father must wash him and take care of many other stuff that he cannot do alone. He is very dependent on her. She gives him eye drops, washes him when he has stool problems, etc. It's like the care of a little child. Lord Jesus, have mercy on them. My mother sometimes cries that she cannot do it anymore. They are 86 but they don't want to go to a senior home or have professional help for various reasons. I don't know the solution, Lord, please help us. Let it be your will, not ours, amen.

We ask for Your divine healing touch upon ###'s mother—strengthen her body, renew her mind, and refresh her soul. Grant her the power to continue caring for her husband as You enable her, Lord.

Father, we also pray for ###'s father. Lord, You promise that even in old age, we will still bear fruit (Psalm 92:14, WEB). We ask for Your healing hand upon him, Lord. Help him in his weakness and sustain him according to Your will.

Lord, we know that it is Your desire for us to honor our parents (Exodus 20:12, WEB). We ask for wisdom for ### as she supports her parents. Lord, guide her and her parents according to Your will concerning their care. Provide them with the help they need, even if that means a change of heart regarding professional assistance. May ### and her family find comfort in knowing that You care for them and that they can cast all their anxiety on You (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).

Seek the Lord diligently concerning their care, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Do not be afraid to consider professional help or senior care if that becomes necessary, for it is crucial to also recognize our human limitations and trust in God's provision.
