We are truly saddened to hear about Jill's condition, but we are thankful that you have brought her situation to us for prayer and support. We trust in the Lord's promise: "For I know the plans I have for you,' declares Yahweh, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart" Jeremiah 29:11-13 WEB.
Firstly, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and His definitive work on the cross to redeem men and women in the world. "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB. We encourage both you and Jill to place your faith in Jesus Christ and know his full lead.
Jill is facing a challenging journey ahead, but we know that God is faithful and will be with her every step of the way. "And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me" 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB. Jill needs to be open to God and know the Lord will not forsake her.
However, we want to address the issue of shame that Jill is experiencing. Shame is not from God, and it is important for Jill to know that she has no reason to feel ashamed. Perhaps some sins are possibly involved, you are now are ashamed of the disaster you are in and if so, now is a great time to confess the sin and stop sinning. She can pray and know Jesus has borne her shame and all her guilt and she can know she is white as snow.
" "Come now, and let us reason together," says Yahweh: "Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. " Though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool" Isaiah 1:18 WEB.
We pray that Jill will feel support and that she will overcome this situation.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus to lift up Jill. Lord, You know the struggle she is facing, the pain, the fear, and the uncertainty. We pray that You will be with her each step of the way, guiding her through this difficult time that we know is far away from your plan.
Father, we ask for Your healing touch on Jill's body. We pray for wisdom and guidance for her doctors as they administer treatment and hope she will heal and be made whole unless Jesus calls her home. We pray for supernatural strength to endure the pain and discomfort, and we ask for Your peace to guard her heart and mind that seeks you and rests in you.
Lord, we also pray for Jill's emotional and spiritual healing. We ask at a distance that you will find her and remove any shame or guilt she may be feeling, and remind her that she is Your beloved child and the fear will appear to have nothing to do with your plan for her. Help her to draw closer to You during this time and trust You with anything she has. Do not let her grieve in sadness, and if her sins are great, she can rejoice knowing she is completely healed and forgiven, and she's been healed completely. Help her find her confidence when she is weak, give her an unwavering faith in your Son. We pray she is too tired to hold things up to You in Your Son's outstretched arms.
Father God you have pursued her, in pursuit have brought her to a place where and reconciled her so she can wait, I pray in Jesus' name shall be made well. I pray that Throach and Jill, both of you have assurance of your salvation and peace with God Almighty. Seek and listen to Him to also know the assurance of your salvation. We can let Jill know this is a wakeup call that is being used to have her and others turn back to Him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage Jill to stay strong in her faith, seek God continually, and know that He is working all things together for her good because she loves God and is called according to His purpose. She has to consent to her part and patience to seek the Lord, hopefully at some point of time her heart's desires may also become fulfilled. Romans 8:28 WEB. We pray for us that she can not let her heart wander and fall away from the faith God will use Jill's journey tremendously and touch many hearts and help others seek the Lord.
Lastly, we will pray and encourage you that we should support Jill and help God's perfect will to be done in her life and your life. This will be vastly rewarding for each of you providing God's hope and love.
