My nephew has strange symptoms, desease?

Please pray that my nephew Karlo (17) will be fine. He has pain all over the body, like he has muscle fever, but he has not done any heavy phisical activity. He has done blood tests and for now they see only that there is not enough D vitamin, but it is strange and we are worried, because his aunt and grandmother died from cancer couple years ago. Please pray....
