My neighbours - noise

Please pray that neighbours will stop making noise on the terrace. Someone probably talks on the phone on the terrace. Its 11.30.pm. Alao pray that my other neighbours will fix or bie new washing machine. The noise is really horrible. At night! No talking of people in my accoustique area on terraces balconies and street. I want to sleep. Probably others to!
