Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts full of gratitude and humility, lifting up our brother Godfrey Musoke from Kampala, Uganda. Lord, Godfrey seeks Your forgiveness for any wrong movements and actions. Your Word assures us in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We stand on this promise today.
Father, we thank You for Your boundless mercy and grace. We ask that You pour out Your forgiveness upon Godfrey, cleansing and renewing his heart. Psalm 51:10 says, "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me." May this be true for Godfrey as he seeks to walk in Your ways.
Lord, guide Godfrey with Your wisdom and strength. Help him to turn away from any path that does not honor You, and lead him in the way everlasting. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." May Godfrey find peace and direction in You.
We pray this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer.
