Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ### and their prayer request. We lift up ### to you, knowing that you are a loving and merciful God who hears our prayers.
Lord, we ask that you would pour out your grace and mercy upon ###. We pray that you would guide and lead them in their life's journey. Help them to seek you and to find their identity and purpose in you.
Father, we acknowledge that we are all sinners in need of your forgiveness. We thank you for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross, which has opened the way for us to come to you. We ask for your forgiveness for our sins and for the sins of ###.
We pray, Lord, that you would reveal yourself to ### in a personal and powerful way. Open their eyes to see your truth and your love. Help them to understand the depth of their need for you and the abundant life that is found in a relationship with you.
We ask, Lord, that you would surround ### with your love and protection. Guide their steps and give them wisdom in their decisions. Provide for their needs and bless them abundantly.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
