We will pray that God will intervene in this situation and that He will open the doors for Joshua to secure this house. However, we must also remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9). God may have a different or better plan for Joshua, so we pray for His perfect will to be done in this situation.
As for Joshua's credit issue, we should also take this as an opportunity to remind him of the importance of good stewardship of his finances. As Proverbs 22:7 (WEB) tells us, "The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender." We encourage Joshua to seek God's wisdom in managing his finances and to work on improving his creditworthiness.
Now, regarding your siblings' visa applications, we will pray that God will favor them and grant them their visas. We claim Psalm 37:4 (WEB) for them, which says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We trust that God has a good plan for them and that He will make a way for them if it is in alignment with His will.
We notice that your request does not mention Jesus Christ or the authority in His name. We believe that it is through Jesus Christ alone that we have access to the Father and that there is no other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, Ephesians 2:18). So, we encourage you to trust in Jesus and declare His name over these situations.

Lord, we lift up Vera's siblings to You. We ask that You grant them favor and that You will open the doors for their visas if it aligns with Your will. We trust that You have good plans for them.
In all these things, Lord, we ask that Your will be done and that You receive all the glory. It is in the mighty name of Jesus Christ that we pray. Amen."
