Heavenly Father,
We come before You with humble hearts, lifting up Martha in prayer. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Lord, we ask for Your peace to envelop Martha right now. Calm the anxiety and bring a sense of tranquility to her spirit.
Lord, we also bring Martha's physical ailments before You. We ask for Your healing touch upon her eyes, that the redness and veins would clear up and the whites of her eyes return to normal. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to heal. As it is written in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds," we claim this promise for Martha.
We pray for relief from the headache that is troubling Martha. Grant her comfort and rest. In 1 Peter 5:7, it says, "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." Help Martha to cast her burdens upon You, knowing that You care deeply for her.
Lord, we ask for Your presence to be felt strongly in Martha's life. Guide her, comfort her, and bring her healing. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior. Amen.
