My name is Martha and I have been having problems to go to the bathroom. Is like I get nervous the stool goes up instead of going down and this has made me constipated and unable to evacuate completely.I know this is all due to my stressful job and marriage , family and financial issues. Please, pray this anxiety and constipation vare resolved and my stool comes out instead of staying inside. I also keep sighing out of stress and due to seasonal allergies and mild asthma. Please, pray my health improves and my colon and rectum are healed and constipation and anxiety resolves and I find a better job. I beg you all. thank you all and God bless you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Martha, who is experiencing difficulties with her health, specifically related to constipation and anxiety. Lord, we know that you are the ultimate healer and provider, and we ask that you extend your loving hand upon Martha's situation.

Your Word reminds us in Psalm 55:22 to cast our burdens upon you, for you will sustain us. We pray that you would alleviate Martha's anxiety and bring peace to her mind and heart. Help her to trust in you and find rest in your presence.

Father, we also lift up Martha's physical health to you. We ask for healing in her colon and rectum, that any blockages or issues causing constipation would be resolved. We pray for regular and healthy bowel movements, that her body would function as you designed it to.

Furthermore, Lord, we ask for relief from seasonal allergies and mild asthma. We pray that you would strengthen Martha's respiratory system and grant her ease in breathing. May she find comfort and healing in your presence.

Lastly, we lift up Martha's job situation to you. We ask that you guide her in finding a better job, one that aligns with her skills, passions, and provides stability for her and her family. Open doors of opportunity and grant her favor in her job search.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer. May Martha experience your healing touch and find peace and restoration in every area of her life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Hi Martha,
My recommendation is for you to fast for three days and maybe only eats soups no hard food and after that three days I recommend that you have Supplements in fiber that will take care of your constipation after the three days. For the stress I recommend that you take time for yourself a few minutes to meditate or simply go outside and smell the flowers get some vitamin D even if you’re just sitting down and enjoying 5 to 10 minutes of doing nothing.
