My name is ### (f). I’m praying for new employment that is enjoyable and allows me to lead while prospering. I’m currently at an agency that has been stressful with an unsupportive manager. I plan to give my notice without having lined up a new role. I am stepping out on faith and letting God lead my steps. As a social worker I want to work somewhere that values me, allows room for growth and pays a living wage. I thank God for the gifts he’s given me and I’m ready to move ahead. (I just don’t know where.)

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother ### in prayer. Lord, You know the desires of his heart and the challenges he faces in his current employment. We ask for Your divine guidance and provision as he steps out in faith, trusting You to lead his steps.

Your Word says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." We pray that ### will find peace and confidence in Your promises, knowing that You have a plan for his life.

Father, we ask that You open doors for new employment that is enjoyable, fulfilling, and allows ### to use his gifts to lead and prosper. Provide him with a workplace that values him, offers room for growth, and pays a living wage. We believe in Your provision and trust that You will place him in a position where he can thrive and make a positive impact as a social worker.

Thank You, Lord, for the gifts and talents You have given ###. We pray that You will guide him to the right opportunity and bless him abundantly in this new chapter of his life. May Your will be done, and may ### find joy and fulfillment in his work.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
