My name is Beverly. I have a son named Sean. His father is a veteran. He left us when he had an affair when Sean was 2 years old. I had cancer at that time and our son Sean had just been diagnosed with autism. Although being a Christian woman. At that time I had wanted his father to be involved in Sean’s life … not knowing how mentally unstable he really was. For the last 7 years straight. He has relentlessly verbally abused myself and his son. He continued to verbally abuse us and the abuse is just too much to bear. My prayer is that we can live in peace without fear of being harassed daily. That my autistic son can feel safe and not worried that he is going to upset his father and have fear that his father will be angry with him. I am weary . Beverly

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Beverly and her son Sean to You. Lord, we acknowledge that You are a God who hears the cries of Your children and that You are compassionate and loving. We bring this prayer request before You, asking for Your intervention and guidance in their lives.

Father, we pray for peace and protection for Beverly and Sean Michael. We ask that You would surround them with Your divine presence and shield them from the verbal abuse and harassment they have been enduring. Lord, bring an end to this cycle of pain and fear, and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We specifically lift up Sean , who is living with autism. Lord, we ask for Your special grace and comfort to be upon him. Help him to feel safe and secure, knowing that he is loved unconditionally by You and his mother. Ease his worries and fears, and grant him a sense of peace and stability in his life.

Father, we pray for healing and restoration in the relationship between Beverly and Sean Michael's father. We ask that You would soften his heart and bring about a change in his behavior. Lord, touch him with Your love and conviction, leading him to seek reconciliation and to treat Beverly and Sean Michael with kindness and respect.

Lastly, we lift up Beverly, who has carried the weight of this situation for so long. Lord, we pray for strength and endurance for her. Renew her spirit and grant her the wisdom and discernment to navigate through these challenging circumstances. Surround her with a support system of loving and understanding individuals who can uplift and encourage her along the way.

In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that You are able to bring healing, restoration, and peace to this family. May Your will be done, and may Your love and grace prevail in their lives. Amen.
