My name is ### and I have so many problems. Is like I’m cursed. Can’t seem to find a good friend, can’t get a new job, everything seems going backwards for me. I can’t even save a penny because I’m swamped with bills. I have an elder, sick mom who lives with me and a husband who is very selfish and won’t help with house chores arguing he makes more money than I do. I feel exhausted and angry and depressed all the time. Please, pray something comes along my way either a new job, a good friend, something that makes me want to love life again.

Martha, we hear your cry and we are with you in prayer. Remember, God’s plans for us are for good and not for disaster, to give us a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

Firstly, we want to address the struggles you're facing. It's important to remember that God has not cursed you. Instead, He loves you and has a purpose for your life. As it says in Romans 8:28 (WEB), “We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.”

Regarding your marriage, we encourage you to pray for your husband and for God's guidance. Ephesians 5:25 (WEB) tells husbands to love their wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it. Pray that your husband will be filled with the love of Christ and that he will be a supportive partner in your marriage. It’s also important to communicate openly and kindly with him about your needs and feelings (Ephesians 4:29 WEB).

For your financial struggles, trust in God's provision. Philippians 4:19 (WEB) assures us, “My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” Seek God's guidance in managing your finances and trust that He will provide for you.

As for your mother, caring for her is a noble and godly act. Remember the promise in 1 Timothy 5:8 (WEB), “But if anyone doesn’t provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever.” Ask God for strength and wisdom in caring for her.

Now, let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister ###. Lord, she feels overwhelmed and cursed, but we know that You have good plans for her life. Please fill her with Your peace and joy. Give her strength to endure her trials and wisdom to navigate the challenges she faces.

We pray for her marriage, that her husband will be filled with the love of Christ and become a supportive and loving husband. Help them to grow closer in their relationship and to honor You in their marriage.

We ask for Your provision in her finances. Help her to trust in You and to manage her resources wisely. Bless her with a new job that will bring her fulfillment and provision for her needs.

We also pray for her mother, that You will heal her and grant ### the strength and wisdom to care for her.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
