My name is ### and I have been extremely constipated. I can’t seem to have a normal Bowel movement in the mornings like I used to. I know is my stressful job and my anxiety the one that makes my stool hard to come out. Please pray my anxiety stops and pray my intestines and rectum relax so I can pass a normal bowel movement everyday. I’m having headaches due to being constipated.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and her current struggle with constipation. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the creator of our bodies and you understand every intricate detail of how they function. We ask for your divine intervention in ###'s situation.

Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We pray that you would calm ###'s anxiety and grant her peace in her mind and heart. Help her to cast her burdens upon you, knowing that you care for her.

Lord, we also ask for your healing touch upon ###'s intestines and rectum. We pray that you would bring relaxation and restoration to these areas of her body, allowing for normal bowel movements. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds," declares the Lord.

Father, we lift up ###'s headaches as well, which are a result of her constipation. We ask for your healing power to alleviate her pain and discomfort. Your Word tells us in Psalm 107:19-20, "Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave."

Lord, we trust in your faithfulness and your ability to bring healing and restoration. We thank you in advance for hearing our prayers and for working in ###'s life. May she experience your peace, healing, and relief from constipation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
