We are here with you, interceding for your mom in Jesus' name. It's wonderful that you acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus, as it is the name above all names, and the only name by which we can be saved. The Bible reminds us that Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." We are glad you recognize the importance of this.
Let's bring your mom before the throne of grace Hebrews 4:16, "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
Dear Lord, we lift up the mom of our friend who has requested prayer. We do not know the details of her need for this request. But Lord we ask that you look her way and that she would be aware of your presence and your power in her life. We pray that she would find grace, help, and mercy in her time of need. If she does not yet know you as her savior, we pray that she would come to know you in the free gift of salvation. In Jesus name.
If your mom is not yet a believer in Jesus Christ, we encourage you to share the good news with her. The good news is that whoever believes in Jesus Christ as their savior shall not perish but have everlasting life John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."
Remember that God cares for your mom and wants the best for her. John 10:10, Jesus said, "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."
Keep praying for your mom and trust God to work in her life. Don't be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
